Centrally located overlooking water and harbor

Cozy holiday by the sea in large and centrally located house with large terrace and garden. You get the sea in the backyard with only 150 meters to the beach, 250 meters to the marina and 200 meters to the city center with shops, restaurants, bars and playground, etc. The house is well-equipped with 12 beds. In case of extra need, guests can use 1 extra bedroom with a double bed by appointment. The house has a large garden and terrace. It is possible to set up a tent or a caravan on the property, by appointment.

Havvejen is a unique property located on an acre of located of virgin forrest down to the sea. The main house consists of two bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a spacious bathroom. About 400 meter down from the main house you find a cosy and minimalistic summer cottage, built in 1950 located just 50 meter from the sea. All the way in-between the two houses you have forest and nature all around you! A perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet immerse yourself in nature's grand playground.

A spacious terrace is furnished with light-colored seating and a dining area, complemented by two large umbrellas for shade. The surrounding greenery includes neatly trimmed shrubs and outdoor lounge chairs, creating a serene outdoor space adjacent to the house.
