Close to the sea with a grass path directly to the sea! 66 m2 cozy cottage on 2500 m2 of natural land (a large part is fenced with 90 cm high wire fence) in a quiet forest area with good gravel roads, hiking trails along the sea, many forest trails and deer, hares and squirrels. Private terrace with dining area, barbecue, fire pit, umbrella and 3 sun loungers. Inflatable kayaks and SUPs (3+3), life jackets, garden games and 30 board games. 2 playgrounds within walking distance with, among other things, sandpit, beach volleyball, petanque court. Tourist brochures in the house.

Trollhøj, open spaces and nature

"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

The house is only 2 km from Bramslev Bakker, where you can swim, fish, water ski or kayak on the fjord's beach. From the house, it is 200 meters to shopping, 8 minutes by car to the E45

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Enjoy the outdoor bathtub and sauna (wood) or try out the outdoor Shelter. Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!
