Ideal dropout hut feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the nature park Ötscher-Tormäuer and beautiful mountain and hiking routes ! Bike enthusiasts especially like the Ybbstaler bike path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers don't get short either. The house has around 110 m2 and is only rented as a whole and everything you need is there. 3 bedrooms, 1 large living room with 1 large pull-out sofa, including 2 fully equipped kitchens. 1 bathtub with shower and 2 extra showers.

Hiking paradise, 13 peaks from the front door.

They live with us on the first floor of our house. They have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment ( 103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
