The apartment is impeccably furnished in the traditional local style of old Tuscany: ancient wooden beams, terracotta floors, and unique furniture. In the large outdoor courtyard, you'll find a large swimming pool on a panoramic terrace at your disposal, overlooking the valley with breathtaking views of vineyards and olive groves, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

A spacious bed with a light-colored quilt occupies the center of the room, flanked by a small nightstand. Soft lighting is provided by a creamy lamp on the nightstand and a floor lamp, enhancing the calm ambiance. Sheer curtains allow natural light to filter in.

The building has undergone "ecobonus 110%" works and has therefore been totally renovated. Apartment with new modern furnishings, equipped with everything (in particular two new Mitsubishi air conditioners: in the living room and in the bedroom), with covered condominium parking and very close to the train station and the highway entrance, a short walk from the center and along a beautiful Corso... on which it is located...! Stay to believe!!! Welcome and we look forward to sharing it: Liliana's word!
