Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Enjoy the calm with a small outdoor space to enjoy the sunny days in the heart of the Vendéen bocage. The accommodation is attached to our house but you will have full autonomy. Perfect for 2 people in love with nature and in search of tranquility. The accommodation is located less than1 KM FROM the Lay Valley taking the Sentier du Bout du Monde. Between Nantes & La Rochelle (A83 less than 10 min), and 45 min from the Vendéenne coast, Puy du Fou and less than 1 hour from the Green Venice.

Enjoy this fabulous 280 m2, comfortable, tastefully decorated place with the whole family. You will be dazzled by the diversity of the garden, the flowers, the fruits, the birdsong...
