Isolated villa of 150 sqm and 40 sqm of veranda, located on 2500 sqm of greenery among olive and fruit trees, maximum privacy and relaxation. 28 sqm swimming pool, six sunbeds, adjacent "typical" shower. Three finely furnished bedrooms with antique furniture, fine linens, each with a private bathroom with double toilet and shower. One bathroom in the living area. Fully furnished kitchen. Small appliances, sofa bed, satellite TV are available.Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine.

Apartment MAR with Sea View is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - pedestrian area, with the historical town center at your doorstep and the beaches a 5-minute walk away. The Apartment offers breathtaking views of the town and the surrounding sea and isles from the many windows in the living room as well as the sunroofs. Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, AC, WiFi, this apartment is an ideal place for couples or families to spend the holidays.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Bolara 60, the Cottage: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
