Avra House Symi

The house was a biscuit oven for the island's sailors and its architectural restoration respected its original use in every possible way. Within walking distance of the unique central beach of NOS (10 minutes on foot), 60 steps away from all the necessities of the island: taverns, cafes, bars, supermarkets, port of departure-arrival of ships, is this two-storey traditional house. Little Blue in Chorio, Symi

This unique place has a style all its own. Lovely one bedroom house in the windmill district of Chorio not far from both Pedi bay and the harbor with easy access to the village. Peaceful open views of Pedi valley and the mountains. The location is easily accessed by bus and taxi. Little Blue as the house is known, has a living/dining area and kitchen upstairs and a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom downstairs. There are two daybeds in the living room for additional sleeping areas.

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
