Apartment with amazing view and facing the sea

Apartment with an amazing view of Pitangueiras Beach, 20 meters from the sand. Airy, super bright, with a bathroom with a tub, an American kitchen, beach service and close to supermarkets and great restaurants. We have a garage for loading and unloading inside the building and a parking space in the front building, 24 hours a day, covered, included in the rent. We offer 4 chairs and 1 umbrella. The building's facade is under renovation as of July 2024. Remember to bring your bed and bath linens, we have pillows ;-)

A complete club with Spa, hydro, sauna, indoor heated pool, gym, tennis court, among other attractions. All this is very close to the beach, the Itapanhau River and the center of the city which is where there are restaurants, bars with live music, fair, amusement park, train, and everything else. You won't even take the car out of the garage and much less pay for parking. Come and enjoy incredible moments at BRC (Bertioga Residence Club) and enjoy the wonderful Bertioga!!
