Friendly and vibrant village. Five minute walk to bar, boulangerie, butchers, grocery, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser and post office. Exclusive use of garden and summerhouse with barbecue. Bio cotton bedding. 4km from N10 giving easy access to Ruffec or Mansle with supermarkets bars restaurants, markets. Both 15mins drive. Adorable stone house in historic village.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

A spacious parking area is featured in front of a modern building, accommodating multiple vehicles. The lot is surrounded by grassy fields and trees under a partly cloudy sky, providing an open and unobstructed outdoor environment.
