Located in Turtle Mountain Provincial Park, our off-grid huts are a great base for adventurers of all ages and abilities year-round. Our huts pack a lot into their small 160 square foot footprint. They feature a modern design, with a wood burning stove, cooking area, eating and sleeping space and storage racks for your gear. Outside the huts there is a deck space, outdoor cooking area, and gear storage for your skis or bikes. Each hut also has it's own outhouse, picnic table and fire pit.

Our 200 sqft rustic A-frame cabin on a 10 acre property with soaker tub, natural swimming pond and 2 excited off leash dogs. The cabin is in a private spot 150 feet from the main house, and a 300 foot walk from parking. Cabin features a double bed in the loft, and a convertible couch. Kitchen is fully functioning with fridge, stove, cookware, dishes, soap and linens. Water is a jug/bucket system. Toilet is a sawdust bucket composting toilet. Heated by wood stove. 25 minutes from Falcon Lake.

Cottage is 7 km (5 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2024) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

There is not running water onsite, but you will be provided with some large jugs of water. There is no electricity, but there will be battery packs. There is a bbq for cooking, as well as a propane range.

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.
