My apartment in the center of Karsiyaka is located on a spacious street away from the noise. It is in the new building, on the mezzanine floor, with a balcony and an elevator. Karsiyaka is 10 minutes away from the beach, the bazaar and only 3 minutes walking distance to the metro. There are many restaurants and chain markets around the house. There is direct transportation from Izmir airport by metro. It is also 20 minutes by tranway to Karşıyaka Hiltown and Mavibahçe shopping centers. I look forward to my clean home where you will stay peacefully.

Our apartment is located in the most decent neighborhood of Heroes, within walking distance to the center of Alsancak, the fair and the metro station, and it is 15 minutes to Kordon, the pearl of Izmir and Kıbrıs Şehitler Street. The apartment is at the first entrance and everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel private ,peaceful and positive.

It is a two-minute walk to the dolmus and bus station that leads to both Urla and Izmir center direction. Within 5 minutes walking, you are in front of the pier fishermen, the most popular place in Urlan. You can get to Art street, another popular destination, in 10 minutes by car.
