Idyllic place with garden near city centre and zoo

Welcome to great and cozy apartment in Gimlekollen in Kristiansand. This apartment is part of our house, where we live with our children - a 16-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy. The apartment is located between the city center and the zoo in one of the nicest parts of the city. Here you can enjoy views of the city, the sea and Vollevannet. The next beach, at Tretjønn, is only 5 min walking distance. Here there are many fantastic hiking opportunities in Jegersberg as well as opportunities for swimming, fishing, farm visits, berry picking, etc.

Here, both children and adults can create a memorable holiday. With proximity to Dyreparken and Søgnes beautiful Skjærgård. The accommodation is located at the heart of a dead end road with the forest as a neighbor. In the garden behind the house there are several unique facilities in an idyllic and functional forest plot. The beautiful archipelago a few minutes drive away; among other things Åros holiday center with play equipment, swimming pool down by the beach. Kristiansand city center 17min and Dyreparken 25min drive.

Holiday house in Sørlandet , Øksnevik, Spangereid.

Large cabin for up to 13 people. Plus a crib, a crib and a high chair. Sun from morning to evening. Lovely view. Outdoor living room and hot tub available. The cabin is located on a cabin area, but there is little access to the garden. A few minutes in walking distance to the lake and beach. 5 minute drive to gas station, Kiwi shop and to Båly About 20 minutes by car to Lyngdal and Mandal. Only a short drive away from Lindesnes Lighthouse. Outdoor furniture available summer time.

3rd floor apartment with 2 sleeping rooms, kitchen, bathroom & living room. Shared main entrance in pedestal with two stairs up to apartment. Here you can relax with lovely views from the living room and terrace. Take short or longer hikes in the woods/in the mountains just above the cabin. Fishing with the boat located in the shared marina by the water. Short distance to the summer town of Flekkefjord (20 min by car) and 7 km to Moi center where you will find, among other things, 2 grocery stores, pizzeria and a fantastic patisserie.
