Charming house on Grimsby

We are a family of 4 , me , my roommate and our two boys of 9 and 6 years. The house is located in the courtyard of our house and is the original farmhouse. The house has a simple standard - but is renovated somewhat in 2020 and it is bright and cozy. In the space we have cats, rabbits and chickens so some farm sounds have to be reckoned with Access to large garden and with a view to Hanangervannet . The garden area is shared with us, but one side is quite private for those of you who live in rental houses. TV with Canal Digital .

Idyllisk "nytt" tradisjonelt trehus over to etasjer med alle fasiliteter. Et par minutters spasertur til kjøpesenter og Mandal sentrum, med koselige kafeer og resturanter. Huset ligger i en rolig gate og har en hyggelig liten bakgård med sol hele dagen på sommeren. To sykler inkl. i leien. Kort vei til badeplass ved Mandalselven. Fin liten tur til fots eller på sykkel gjennom byen til Sjøsanden eller til badeplassen ved Frøyslandstjønna. Trødløst fibernettverk.

Flott bolig i enderekkehus stille og rolig område med kun 10 min. Gange til Årossanden som har nydelig sandstrand. Gode bussforbindelser til Kristiansand, og kun 20 min. Med bil til Dyreparken og ett av Norges største shoppingsenter. Eget badebasseng for barn på terrassen som er til fri bruk på eget ansvar(sesong) Det er en katt i huset, med katteluke, i tilfelle noen er allergiske.

Beautiful home 10 min. drive from Kristiansand.

Newly renovated place right outside of Kristiansand. 3 bedrooms. Living/diningroom with fireplace. You will have the whole top floor to yourself. First floor is rented out to a lovely family. There might be some noise from them when they leave / enter the house. Other than that really quiet. Mark there is a short walk up to the house from the garage/parking place. (Uphill)
