You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. Nice studio / granny apartment near the train station

We offer our beautiful in-law in the attic of our renovated semi-detached house with garden. The in-law apartment with private bathroom (shower / toilet) and small fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. We live on the ground/upper floor ourselves, speak German, English, Russian, Turkish, and a little French. Ruhiger Ort mit gut bayerischer Wirtschaft fussläufig erreichbar. Zuganbindung 4km Entfernung und dann in 15min in München. Wohnung liegt ruhig mit kleinem Außenbereich. Sie hat eine Wohnküche mit Schlaf-Sofa und ein Schlafzimmer (1,40m Bett). Bad mit Dusche. Fenster in jedem Zimmer.
