The Terrace House, completed in 2016, comes with great architectural features. All 4 bedrooms have A/C, fans, modern bathrooms and ocean/jungle views. The outdoor lounging areas and chefs kitchen are great for entertaining 8 guests. A modern infinity pool overlooks the ocean. It's just a few miles out of town, yet only a 4 minutes drive to the Hermosa Beach and 10 minutes to Santa Teresa. All stays come with maid service and concierge to help with bookings of activities and restaurants.

The bungalow is attached to our house but fully private, with shared pool access. It doesn’t have a kitchen but includes an electric mini oven, a mini fridge and breakfast essentials: coffee, milk, bread, butter, and fruit.
