A few hundred meters away there is tennis, mini golf, beach volleyball, outdoor gym and soccer field with artificial grass. Several restaurants close by. Bus + commuter train takes you to Stockholm city center in 70 minutes. Lovely, isn't it?

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
