This brand new spacious apartment with high quality fittings is perfectly designed for a comfortable stay for 4 persons.The apartment is surrounded with beautiful garden with splendid Mediterranean plants and outdoor swimming pool. Sunbathing terrace with sun loungers around the pool are the perfect place to relax. Beautiful sunny beach with crystal sea are very close to Olea Residence.Free parking provided.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)
