Close to Saint Félicien: Ardèche. 20 min from the Rhone valley (Tournon, Tain l 'Hermitage and its city of Valrona chocolate), 40 min from Valencia. Close to the Mastrou and its rail bike. the Warehouse

An old farm, 2 hectares of land, four right hands, 2 creative brains and a large portion of guts. Have that stew for 9 years and then you can try it carefully. After many years of renovation, the time has come. Since April 2024, our property finally has access to a full-fledged gite. Completely renovated and beautifully finished, the "entrepôt" is ready for rental.
