Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

Relaxing chalet in the woods... a stone's throw from the lake

Forget all concerns in this wide oasis of serenity. We are 2 minutes from Lake Endine and 5 minutes from Iseo, there are many activities to do from swimming to mountain walks/canoeing/sup/windsurfing/biking/horseback riding, for the less active, peace and relaxation assured, thanks to the excellent food and wine of Franciacorta, in winter we are an hour/an hour and a half from the main plants Colere , Borno, Tonale, Montecampione , Monte Pora , Bormio and Livigno (2.5 hours) .

Rustic surrounded by greenery

Pertinence of a manor house, recently renovated, autonomous, immersed in the green of the hills at 450 meters, near the village square with Lake Iseo and Sarnico 7 km away, airport 30 km away. The south exposure makes spring and autumn special with the outdoor area and nature that express their utmost. Great on the stiff but sunny winter days and if the weather is bad the fireplace is of company. The summer heat is attenuated by the greenery and the evening breeze.
