Lipari centre with sea view and close by beach

This studio apartment is wide and bright, with a private covered terrace and a wonderful sea view. It's elegantly furnished and composed of a night area and a living room divided by a half wall. The apartment is in a private villa with garden. The house is very close to the old town, only 5 minutes walk from the main road (Corso Vittorio Emanuele) and maximum 15 minutes walk to reach the main harbour. Marina Corta is only 3 minutes away, and the closest supermarket at the end of the road.

Le Formiche è uno degli 8 appartamenti di Villa Paradiso,ha due camere da letto indipendenti, una comoda cucina, un bagno ed un patio di circa 100 mq. Villa degli Armatori: Calipso studio apartment

On the first floor of the Villa degli Armatori is this beautiful studio with a private entrance that enjoys a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and islands. All the details and tones of the furnishings recall the beauty of the Salina sea, the dreamy atmospheres of the seabed and the views of infinite blue. Inside a cozy but functional space, there is a sleeping area, a vanishing kitchen and a living area. The space is completed by walk-in closet and a large bathroom.

Casa Rosa

The Pink House is divided in two independent apartments (see photos Casa Rosa A and B). Each apartment has one double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room with one couch bed and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment B also has one built in mezzanine with a two single beds. The house has been renewed in 2019, but its colors and frames have been kept unchanged just the way they were 100 years ago. You will be assigned Casa Rosa A or B depending on availability.

Two minutes away is the terminal of the bus that connects Canneto to the port and the center of Lipari (3 km). Connections are available until late evening in summer, at other times only during the day.

Located on the island of Lipari, Acquacalda enjoys the sun until the end of the day. Sheltered from the nuisances, this charming village borders the sea and faces the islands of Salina and Panarea.
