In the heart of the Dordogne, a few steps from the river, this modern house is warm and bright. In a completely private and quiet area, situated in beautiful gardens (8000 m2) the property features a walnut grove, private swimming pool, a veranda, a beautiful garden and all the comforts you need. It is also suitable for people with reduced mobility with bedroom, kitchen,bathroom on the ground floor. The charming village of Saint Sozy with its shops and restaurants is 5mins walking distance.

A wooden playhouse is visible in a grassy area, featuring a slide and a ladder. Surrounding shrubbery and a tree offer shade, while a backdrop of gently rolling hills can be seen in the distance. Clear skies are above, enhancing the inviting outdoor space.

The little house on the meadow

Relaxing stay, this charming house is isolated, less than 300 m from a small beach on the banks of the Dordogne, has a wooden cabin, a slide, a swing and a 2*4 self-supporting swimming pool in the middle of the walnut trees. This little corner of paradise offers 4 spacious bedrooms. 2 bathrooms with shower 2 separate toilets. Our dwelling house has become too spacious but fully equipped. Access to the outdoors and fenced and wooded park, shared with us and presence of our female cat on site.

Breathtaking view of the river . Swimming pool, fishing,canoeing, hiking tours of the Corrèze and Lot. Ideal for spending a peaceful and very pleasant time. The heated pool is open from Easter to end of September closed the rest of the year . Brive resident, great availability.

Our cottage "Le Chalet" (50m2) is ideal for a couple with young children. Located in front of the playground, you can relax on the terrace while watching your loulous playing in the park… You have at your disposal garden furniture and hard barbecue. You will have access to the heated pool and Spa (from mid-April to late September depending on the weather) as well as the landscaped park (these areas are to be shared with the hosts of our other cottages).

Two are handy for keeping an eye on the kids and one has a private, exclusive view of the neighbouring walnut grove.
