Nice family townhouse close to the city.

This is our beloved townhouse, built 2016, in Aspudden, just 12 min away from Stockholm Central Station and with walking distance to lake Mälaren. Its spacoius, with open social areas. There is a terrace on the ground floor with morning sun and a balcony on the upper floor with sun in the evening. From here you get a great view over the city. There are toys and things to play with for your kids. Aspudden is a cozy neighbourhood with cafés, a great bookstore, super-market and parks/playgrounds.

Townhouse 4 Bedroom Vällingby/Stockholm

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. There is room for up to 9 people, about room for children, study, living room. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and downstairs there is a TV toilet as well as a shower room. All rooms have double beds. Vällingby Centrum with lots of shops is 1 km away. Vällingby Centrum also has a subway station that goes directly to Stockholm Central. Only booked guests can stay in the property such as Party not allowed

Återförenas med nära och kära på detta familjevänliga ställe. Nära till badstranden och populära Kanaans Trädgårdscafé. Naturreservatet med vacker skog, stigar och vattendrag ligger 200 m från huset. Tunnelbanan in till Stockholm city tar 20 min och för dig rakt in i Stockholm myllrande storstadsliv. Huset är smakfullt inredda tre våningar med en grillplats på uteplatsen som ligger skyddad utan insyn från grannar. Här finns alla bekvämligheter och en mataffär bara två minuter bort.

Norrtele's best location with magical evening sun!

Completely refurbished part of townhouse of 38 sqm with patio of about 80 sqm for rent. The patio is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor consumption. If you want to grill, there's a grill to borrow if you ask. Animals are happy to come along and fences are on the patio so dogs can be loose on the property. Washing machine and drying rack are provided if you need to wash.
