Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

Lovely Place

Relax on the newly built ground floor elegant house with private entrance, parking and garden. The access to the private back yard is close to nature. The garage door and the armored door of the house guarantee safety. Electric shutters and double glazing maintain a very good temperature inside the house. Our neighborhood is ideal for walks. Supermarket stores, cafes, drug stores can be reached in a few minutes. Two avenues give immediate access to the National and Attiki road.

Sykamino Summer Villa and Pool House

Located on a 4000m2 plot, you enter into a private driveway to the property. The villa is surrounded with patio and terrace areas and at the back of the property is a 40m2 private pool area for sole use by occupants. We have a portable BBQ that will be available and set up on the patio by the pool. The pool is surrounded by terraces on which there is plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, and tables for guests to relax and enjoy the views and magnificent sunsets.
