Spacious in the heart of the city. Our apartment, newly renovated in July 2023, is located in a century-old house in the city center, but still quiet. Equipped with a kitchen including a washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven, tea maker and refrigerator, a living-dining room with a sofa bed and a queen size bed as well as a bedroom with 2 box spring beds. The small communal garden invites you to unwind after an eventful day.

Our newly renovated 90 m² house is quietly located close to the Danube and directly on the bike path. Krems can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The house has a very large living/dining area. A very large bedroom with a double bed and a couch that can be pulled out. There is also a desk in the bedroom. Through the bedroom you can reach the spacious bathroom - including a large rain shower, bathtub, and double sink. The toilet is separate.

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, a Romanesque church, a Gothic Karner and lots of nature between the forest and wine regions near Eggenburg.
