A relaxing and peaceful lodge set in the grounds of a 200-year-old farmhouse in over 11 acres of orchard and meadow. L'oume Lodge sits at the edge of a meadow and has a private gated entrance and parking. There is a private terrace with a built-in BBQ and garden, beyond which is the gated shared pool area The pool is 6 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1.25 m and a shallow side pool for young children. There's also a pool house/summer kitchen, BBQ and wisteria-covered eating area at the pool.

Friendly and vibrant village. Five minute walk to bar, boulangerie, butchers, grocery, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser and post office. Exclusive use of garden and summerhouse with barbecue. Bio cotton bedding. 4km from N10 giving easy access to Ruffec or Mansle with supermarkets bars restaurants, markets. Both 15mins drive. Charming house with amazing views in the heart of the village. Small haven of peace and very quiet. You can enjoy a moment of relaxation with our Professional SPA (children are not allowed). It is equipped with a small kitchen area, a 140 bed, bathroom and toilet. Close to the national 2 min, 20 min drive to the center of Angouleme, 15 min to Ruffec. Baby equipment possible.
