Viewing apartment at the top of Iso-Syöte. Apartment 38 square meters, plus a 15-square-foot loft. Heating is done with an air source heat pump. Do not charge an electric car in the carport. Apartment set of dishes for 12 people. Dishwasher and microwave. If you prefer, you can have a set of linens for €22 per person. The final cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the tenant. If you'd like, you can buy it as an extra service for €80. Please notify the landlord in time for the additional service.

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

The house has seven bedrooms, a large living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a laundry room, two shower toilets and one separate toilet. Vaaran Huoneistot welcomes you! The apartments built in the old village school in Syöte were completed in the spring of 2023. Kuru is a lovely compact apartment with good basic equipment. Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate four. The apartment has a shared storage room with the neighbor, where you can store bikes/skis, etc. NOTE! Linens, bath towels and final cleaning are not included in the price! Linens 10e, towel 5e and final cleaning 40e. Ski trails nearby!
