On the walking distance from Military Technical Academy, with excellent access to the OLD city center (10-15 minutes), newly furnished in April 2024 with the quality of sleep in mind, with fast foods and shops in the close neighborhood (McDonald's 300m, others in the mall), with bus line connecting to the city center and the Old Center in front of the building, the condo will help you to explore the city. Unlimited WIFI, premium cable TV, independent heating, AC also will wait for you.
