All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

The cottages of the old orchard, cottage 2 people located to the left of the farm, with a porch and an individual entrance door. A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from Oct 06 to April 10) and a garden furniture allow sunbathing, accessed by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.

The Sabotier Studio

Studio of 25m2, in quiet village, giving access to hiking trails. 38 min from Val de Vienne, close to Futuroscope, 1 hr from Limoges and Poitiers and 5 min from Dorat, train station 3 min from Poitiers - Limoges. In the studio: a sofa area with TV, a 140×200 bed and ensuite bath. In another room a kitchenette (airfryer, microwave, induction plate) and toilet. Garage available (bike or motorcycle).
