In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.

We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking meals together. Our local marina, Lime Saddle, has boat, kayak and paddle board rentals for a day on the lake.

We are located on the edge of college town, about a mile from downtown, and close to iconic Chico locations (Bidwell Park, Bidwell Mansion, various music and theater venues, local dining and coffee shops, and more).
