The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

House located in the hamlet of Valle di Morbegno, 800 meters above sea level, 12 minutes from Morbegno. Reachable by car or by bus from Morbegno, with a stop near the house. The ride is Morbegno-Albaredo. Ideal for mountain and animal lovers. Your furry friends are welcome. Ivana, the landlady, lives upstairs from a separate entrance at the back of the house. Equipped with pellet stove heating.
