Old Wine Villa

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!

Villa with a good view and good sunshine throughout the day. The house is located in one of the best places in the parish. It has two bedrooms, living room / kitchen and two bathrooms, with a capacity for 6 people. The house is situated at the top of a hill which makes the house have an extraordinary view. Super apartment with stunning views of the ocean, bay of Funchal and mountains a authentic romantic scenery. 2 bedrooms, 1 stylish lounge with TV, dvd and Wifi , laundry, private garden, terrace, solarium with tables, chairs, sunbed and barbicue. Implanted on a hillside in S. Goncalo, and for this reason, access has stairs. Although private car is recomended and takes 5 minutes to the center, you have bus stop near, taking 10 minutes to the city center.

Awesome apartment for holidays with an excellent location. Located on the main road connecting Funchal to the other points of the island, on Rua Quinta das Amoreiras, near the Botanical Garden and 30 meters from stores, restaurants and buses. Although it is situated on a very wide street, it is very quiet with a good neighborhood with great view.
