House on Lake Hainer for 12 people with sauna + fireplace

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The charming historic villa features intricate timber framing and a red tiled roof. Lush rose bushes bloom in the foreground, complementing the light-colored brick exterior. A balcony with a decorative railing overlooks the garden, framed by vibrant greenery under a clear blue sky.

Historic villa with charm

The charming Gründerzeit villa is located in the center of Markkleeberg in the south of Leipzig. We have lovingly renovated it in a historic setting. By S-Bahn train, you are in the city of Leipzig in 15 minutes. Lake Cospuden is within walking distance (5 minutes by bike). The room is located on the first floor next to our kitchen. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Bikes can be locked in our garage. Parking is possible on the street. The S-Bahn and bus can be reached quickly. There are several supermarkets nearby.

I'm glad you're interested in the VEB Kantine! This classic DDR event space was designed and outfitted specifically for large groups of people and extraordinary events. Your birthday, wedding, company event, or artistic meetup is welcome here! The location is directly on the river Mulde with ample parking and tenting space around the house. It is easily reachable by train (1 hour from Leipzig + 10 minutes walking) yet provides a private and beautiful environment for your special weekend.

Seminarhaus Zum Waldblick

Room for 2 with luxury bathroom (shower, tub and infrared cabin) in a family atmosphere (all other rooms are common rooms). Ideal for staycation: sleeping in, breakfast in bed and pajama day for pure relaxation. The entire house can accommodate up to 10 people and can be rented on request for family meetings and events, including (vegan) catering. Right in front of the house is a forest with a bike path and numerous lakes. I'll be happy to provide further information.

Villa with pool for dreaming and relaxing

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. The extensive property offers next to the house a pool, sun terrace, meadow and private forest. A place of rest for all senses. Whether for one or more days, this property is particularly suitable for a break from everyday life. Enjoy the house with all your senses. As a precaution, we would like to point out that this house is designed with its character for couples who would like to enjoy peace and togetherness.

Charming villa for relaxing days

The house is located in Zschernitz, a quiet village hosted by a small family business in a caring and warm atmosphere. The house is perfect for relaxing stays. The quiet area, as well as the connection to the motorway which is so far that you won't hear any noice but nicely connected for travelers to reach it by car.(10 minutes) Sightseeing in Leipzig and Halle is possible with a 25 minute drive. On request horse riding for kids or sauna are bookable per hour.

Cozy, well-kept room in a 3-story villa in a green suburb of Leipzig. The villa is located in the heart of Markkleeberg, between Cospudener See & Markkleeberger See(10 min by bike). The city center of Leipzig can be reached in 11 minutes by S-Bahn (station 3 minutes away).
