The sports complex is 50 m away with a Nantes bowling green and court 🏀 The Lac des Vallées is a 10-minute walk away. You can take a walk with children and dogs. A playground and sports equipment are available to walkers. 15 min from Logis de la Chabotterie, 40 min from Puy du Fou, 1 hr from the Atlantic Ocean, 30 min from Nantes and La Roche-sur-Yon, 20 min from Hellfest.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers.
