Our beautiful & peaceful Bush Retreat is located in the leafy suburb of Engadine, which is only a few minutes drive to the stunning Royal National Park. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will enjoy total privacy as you take in the spectacular bush views of our 1 bedroom guest house (completely separate to the main residence). Whether you simply need some respite and a place to rest and relax, or are looking to explore and adventure, our Bush Retreat is the perfect destination.

Darwin's Studio

Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish space. Cosy up next to the log fireplace and immerse yourself in the warm, botanical atmosphere. Take a 15 minute walk to the picturesque clifftop lookouts and spectacular waterfalls or meander through the friendly tree-lined neighbourhood to sample the local coffee. Listen to the sounds of the frogs in the pond and watch the black cockatoos rest in the trees as you slow down, recharge and soak up the fresh mountain air, secluded amongst the trees.

Cozy room with separate bathroom.

Our cozy, rustic, private room with separate shower is ideal for a weekend getaway, or staying a night after a social function. The room is entirely separate from the main house with your own access. The bathroom is separate from the room as can be seen in photo 5. Located outside Camden with a 15 min walk into the town, 50 minutes from Sydney and 10 mins from the Hume Highway. The proximity to Camden makes it very convenient. (1.2 km) You can walk back from a night out.

The Shed on Central - your mountain studio

We welcome you to our garden guest suite adjacent to Central Park, cozily situated at the back of the property; shaded by trees and hedges, with gardens and a small pond. The area is surrounded by a myriad of scenic trails, spectacular waterfalls and stunning lookouts. Enjoy the extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage-listed landscape right on our doorstep. There's one million hectares of wilderness, offering an abundance of places to explore and natural wonders to discover.

Florabella Studio

Nestled on a large bush block in the lower Blue Mountains is this secluded, self-contained studio with lovely views and access to a 9-metre swimming pool. The beauty of the Blue Mountains National Park beckons, with Florabella Pass and other spectacular and often quieter bushwalks starting just at the end of our street. The studio is conveniently located for the cafés and shops of Glenbrook and Springwood, with a local store and a larger supermarket just minutes away.

Casa Verde: Escape to tranquility

Nestled on peaceful Mangerton Hill, this light-filled, self-contained apartment offers a serene escape just minutes from Wollongong’s city centre. Walk to the train (500m), free shuttle bus (700m), hospital, and CBD. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living area, and a queen bedroom with ensuite, built-in robe, workspace, and washing machine. Secure bike storage included. A perfect blend of comfort, calm, and convenience.

Stone Cottage - Garden View Room

Garden View private room set within a stone cottage featuring design highlights from our 1890's original sandstone cottage. The room is light, bright and airy and has exquisite views of the adjoining garden. The room features an French antique double bed, TV, coffee/tea making facilities and bathroom with oversized bath/shower. NOTE: Double bed is not suited for over six+ feet tall occupants.

Sauna Haus with Scandinavian design

The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs.
