Our villa is cozy, private and typical Danish. The house is big, 260, with a wonderful garden. We have 5 rooms on the first floor. Groundfloor has a kitchen, dining room and two livingrooms; one with chess and backgammon. The basement has a bedroom with direct access to the garden, and a punchingbag and rowingmachine. The garden has a playhouse in a tree, a saltwater pool in the summer and a sauna. We also have a minizoo with budgies, quails, chickens and tortouises. Our dog will be with us

The garden features a trampoline, a tree with swings, and a standing pool in the summer months. The terrace has two dining sections, a gas grill, and lounge furniture. The home has been modernized with respect for the traditional architecture and is furnished with designer furniture and Scandinavian art.

Charlottenlund er en forstad til København. Charmerende by med mange indkøbsmuligheder, lækre butikker, supermarkeder og restauranter i gåafstand. Dejlig skov med slot ligger 50 m fra huset og stranden kun 2 km væk. Stationen ligger 1 km væk. Kun 15 min med tog til København centrum. Ønsker ikke børn under 8 år som lejer.

This lovely house is from year 1900 and has been with the family for 5 generations. It is located on a closed quiet road 15 minutes from Copenhagen and right next to both the beach and the forest. It is 180 m2 and has a historic touch with high panes and high ceilings. The garden is completely redone and has a great big terrace and beautiful florals. Also, the basement has been totally refurbished. The public bus can take you to all Copenhagen tourist attractions in 15-20 minutes.

Indenfor er der god plads til at spille, hygge eller se en god film i det store åbne køkken- og stueområde. Tre værelser i stueplan og derudover værelse + krearum og udklædningsområde i underetagen.

Family retreat near Copenhagen

Only 15 minutes from Copenhagen center - our large and luxurious house in classic Scandinavian decor is perfectly situated to both touring Copenhagen and the surrounding sites: a Royal castle, ancient forests and lakes all within 500m from the house. Major sites of Louisiana and Kronborg castle (Hamlets castle) are within a short drive or drive by public transport. On our property we have a nice playground for kids of all ages and even a small, but heated above ground pool.

Skoven ( Jægersborg hegn med Bøllemosen og Dyrehaven) ligger 200 m væk og Skodsborg strand 2 km. Her er alt hvad man behøver for en skøn sommerferie 10 km fra København. Der nem adgang til København og andre seværdigheder nordpå via motorvejen eller toget. Fx: 25 min Kørsel til Helsingør i bil og 25 min kørsel til Hornbæk strand.

Big family house with two bedrooms, three children rooms, a guest room and two living rooms only twenty minutes from Copenhagen. Close to lake, beach, train to Copenhagen, shopping and restaurants. In the Garden we have a trampolin, swimming pool, and there is good space for playing football. The pool is available for use from approximately June 10 to august 31. Depending on the weather. 8 people It’s not allowed to have parties in our house.
