Everything is on a grander scale at Shutters on the Hill. From the panoramic views of the Byron Bay countryside, to the swimming pool and tennis court, to the veranda and high ceilings of the stylish living areas; it provides a hugely welcoming group getaway space. Complete with rambling gardens, this villa provides a sanctuary within striking distance of Bryon’s legendary beaches.
This home is perfect for those seeking a premium group experience, no matter the time of year. The sumptuously furnished and air-conditioned interiors, complete with fireplace, formal dining room and 3 kitchens, come equipped with a suite of entertainment options. Complete with a kids room and ensuite bathrooms, guests can enjoy every aspect of a home away from home.
However, what really sets Shutters on the Hill apart is the (very Australian) sense of space that it provides at a moment’s notice. At any time, a guest can take a walk through the perfectly maintained gardens, take up a sun lounger by either pool, or read and relax out on the expansive wooden veranda. After developing our dream home in Byron, we are now delighted to share it with others across the globe.
From the cosy fireplaces in Queenstown, the cactus gardens in Palm Springs, the big decks in Bhutan and the open spaces at Soho House.....but no where has inspired us more than Byron Bay. Everything about the property is geared towards making the most of the view across the hinterland and coastline.
Inside our incredible designers developed a stunning home with a huge chefs kitchen, QT style bedrooms & quirky gorgeous bathrooms. We have now built 2 sister properties on the estate so it can accommodate up to 20 people for the ultimate family & friends getaway.
