Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 75” HD TV with SKY & Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Bresby Cottage is set in a rural farm location surrounded by private secure gardens. The Cottage is fully modernised and is a warm and comfortable. Comprises a cosy living room, fully fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.

During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Perfect for large families groups of friends, or a private birthday or hen weekends. All the charm of rural living with modern comforts. The small market town of Holbeach is just a few minutes drive and offers cafes, restaurants, shops and farmers market, whilst the larger busier towns of Peterborough, Boston & King's Lynn are a short drive away.

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Our beautiful house contains interesting history and still has a lot of original features. It’s a great place for a relaxing weekend away or as a base to explore the local area. We are half hour away from Stamford , Peterborough and only an hour away from Norfolk . London is accessible in an hour and half by train.
