Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

House located in the municipality of Saint-Parize-Le-Châtel, completely renovated and well equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, washing machine), with two bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), the second with a choice between a king size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.
