Your gite overlooks the gardens and a court yard with beautiful views and has a use of the land, swimming pool, garden with trees, a place for picnics and relaxation for you. Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in 8-10 mins on foot.

Rural French idyll next to the river

With bathing facilities on the river La Dronne lies Le Petit Garcon a charming holiday home. 1.5 hour drive to the Atlantic coast. Excellent wineyards in Pomerol and St Emilion on a 30 min drive. Hiking, golf, tennis, horse riding and cycling. 2 major bathing areas at the bicycle distance from the house. 2 minute walk to the local bakery and restaurants. The house offers a nice garden, several nice patios. Perfect for a family/group of 7-9.

An entrance to the cottage is framed by vibrant orange flowers cascading over the stone wall. Glass doors open to a well-lit interior, while a shaded terrace features a dining table and chairs, inviting outdoor meals amidst lush greenery.
