The house has a large enclosed garden and is located at the entrance to the Aspe Valley, 8 km from Oloron-Sainte-Marie, less than 1 hour from the ski resorts and Spain, 50 minutes from Pau, and 1 hour 45 minutes from the Ocean and the Basque Coast. The area is rich in sports (hiking, mountain biking, rafting, paragliding, fishing...) and cultural activities (Cathedral, Fort du Portalet, Jazz Festival).
