The apartment is suitable for couples or guests up to max. 3 persons. You can store your ski or other things in the cellar.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is located in Bruneck, within 3 minutes' walk to the historical center of the town. It is situated on the first floor, but the entrance is at street level. It has a huge living room, two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a big balcony. The train station "Brunico Nord" is at 5 minutes' walk. From there, after a 4-minute ride on the train to Percha, you can get directly to the Kronplatz area.

Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.

Holiday with a view

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).
