The kitchenette provides you with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A basic supply of salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil is available, as well as all cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. For an active start to the day, a capsule coffee machine is at your disposal so you can enjoy your morning coffee to the fullest. The large south-facing windows flood the dining and living area with sunlight, providing plenty of space for a relaxing yoga session. The spacious south-facing balcony invites you to linger and unwind. A small seating area and loungers (in summer) are provided for your enjoyment. Through the balcony, you also have access to a small storage area where you can store additional sports equipment, shoes, recycling materials, and more. Wake up with a view of the Allgäu mountains and Zugspitze, over which the morning sun turns the sky red. Breakfast overlooking Lake Weissensee. In the afternoon, relax on the cozy sofa from the hike to the walkable Falkenstein, Germany's highest castle ruin, from the ski trip to the nearby Tannheimer Valley, from the visit to King Ludwig II at Neuschwanstein Castle or from the day of swimming at Lake Weissensee, which awaits with clear alpine water just a five-minute walk away. Fewo "die Stub"

Our new apartment "die Stub" is the perfect starting point for your tours to the Vilstal and the surrounding mountains since we are already in the middle of the forest area. Neuschwanstein is only 25 minutes away by car. After a tour, you can cool your feet in the Vils or jump into the surrounding bathing lakes. In winter, various lifts are about 25 minutes away by car or you can take a snowshoe tour from the house. The town center is 3.5 km away where you can buy everything you need.

The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

The stylish holiday apartment for 2 to 4 people is located on the outskirts of Pfronten, in the district of Steinach, just 2 kilometers from the Falkenstein castle ruins and 10 minutes from the Austrian border. It is situated on the first floor of one half of a semi-detached house. The house was completely renovated a few years ago. There are two holiday apartments in the building, and each apartment has its own free parking space directly in front of the house.
