The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lugano, bathed in sunlight. A 180° view enchants the guests. In 15 minutes you can reach the lake and the center on a footpath. It is 500 meters to the bus station of line 2, which goes to the lake and the city center. The 65 square meter apartment consists of a large living room with a balcony facing the lake. Magnificent view also from the double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the completely newly renovated bathroom with shower.

Magnifici percorsi per fare escursioni, vicinissimo al Tasis e Franklin University. A circa 15 minuti di macchina c'è un parco divertimenti e SPA sia per famiglie che per coppie.
