Fully renovated typical old stone house in the Karst region of Slovenia (EU), because of the rich wines and scenery also called "Slovenian Tuscuny". Small farm village Dolenja vas (Sežana) is near famous Škocjan caves, stud farm Lipica, Postojna caves and just 30 minutes by car from Trieste, Slovenian coast and 45 from Ljubljana. In Karst dialect "ana pravca" means "one fairy-tale" and Ana is also the name of the owner of the property. The house has 4 independent units with 4 bathrooms. Guests of the house are welcomed to use kitchen, dinning room and garden for relaxing or having a picnic. The house can be rent as a whole, for maximum 15 persons (10+5). A family suite has one bedroom with a double bed and second, children bedroom with 2 separate beds. In the living room the extra bed for 2 is a sleeping sofa. The suite has a bathroom with a shower and it's own separate entrance. The suite with a private terrace on the 1st floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sleeping sofa for 2. It has a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are also two rooms. First, spacious room with a bed for 2 and an additional sleeping sofa for 2, has a private terrace and a bathroom with a tub. The second, relaxation room has also a bathroom with a tub.

Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :). Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

The elegant Cabins are furnished in the modern minimalistic style. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows makes the rooms bright so you can enjoy an amazing landscape view of the high peaks of Julian Alps. Each unit comes with a large wooden terrace equipped with loungers and a hammock. Sleeping area is located on the upper floor accessible by a steeper staircase that might give you a feeling of climbing a ladder. The house offers five studios - two studious are for 2 persons, two studios are for 3 persons (one possible 3+1) and one big apartment with attic room for 6 persons. What is all together for 16 persons. Possible to add 2 extra futon single beds (30 eur/person/day). There is outdoor loggia with kitchen space for group gatherings or workshops and feng shui relax garden to enjoy the nature and private parking place. House is in the middle of small town so no party and path leads to Skocjan caves.

Vila Labod, unique villa at the lake.

Vila Labod with three spacious apartments, together with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 kitchens for 18 persons, is located directly on the lake of Most na Soci and has a beautiful spacious garden with all the privacy and own parking for several cars. A fantastic spacious house in a unique location; also excellent for groups. Vila Labod is on walking distance from bars, restaurants and shops.
