Private boat ramp for all of your water toys! Boat dock fits 2 boats. Electrical outlets provided for bass boats. Due to negative experiences we will not rent our home to those without reviews. Relax solo, with family or a special someone in this heavenly quiet place. Morning cup of coffee, enjoying breathtaking views of Clear Lake from the deck or go explore Lake County! Watch the deer silently going by. "Our" Deer just had two babies. The cutest thing to watch. I highly recommend hiking Mount Konocti and visiting charming Kelseyville and Lakeport. Our patio has room for small to medium RV or boat, but no dock. I have a helpful arrival guide. Please check it out after you book.

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm.
