The house is a real therapy (350m from the beach, it also has a pool with a waterfall and hot tub, brick barbecue, shower, etc.)! All this safely (electric fence, protective fence for children in the windows and on the entire balcony) and privileged location (in the prime area of Lucena.. it is not in the hustle and bustle of downtown, from the house to the square the distance is 1.2 km). Very ventilated every day of the year! An option for those who really want to rest and get together with the class!
