This independent studio is part of our main residence, and we are delighted to make it available to you. Guests can enjoy the quiet of the studio's private terrace, pool, and barbecue. The accommodation is 2 kilometers from the city center of Mont de Marsan and 5 minutes from the main roads for your excursions (Beach 1 hour 10 minutes/Spain 1 hour 30 minutes). This studio is located in the countryside but close to Mont-de-Marsan and the airbase (9 km), bike path 30 m away, bar/tobacco/grocery store 300 m away.
