In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Rusałka Lake, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the stop. We provide bikes. In the garden you can relax on the terrace and make a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a children's house. Parking for 2 cars. WIFI available.

The apartment is located 2.5 km from the Poznań International Fair. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is forbidden to smoke, electronic cigarettes, and the use of open flames.
