The kitchen is equipped as at home, the bathroom is comfortable, there is a space for common rest and conversations. There are forests, a gorge, a reservoir, and walking paths nearby. Guests come back for the atmosphere – it's even more beautiful in person than in the photos.

Feel free to join the cottage, where instead of the TV, your attention is attracted by panoramic windows overlooking the forest from a comfortable bed. You'll be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat on the patio, waking up a bird trele in the morning, and breathtaking sky. We built our cottages on the edge of the more than 430-year-old village of Aunt Nowa, where the Sopot River (hence the name of the cottage). A private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. A neighborhood perfect for hiking and biking.

The holiday cottage in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). Fully equipped kitchen, continental Queen Size bed with Memory Foam layer, oversized XXL shower with rain shower. Private outdoor hot tub. Open in winter at temperatures above -3 degrees Celsius. The building is surrounded by a private semi-wild garden that flows smoothly into the riverside meadows. In the common part of the garden, there are hammocks, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, and garden furniture.

Welcome to our fishing farm where we have been running a family fish restaurant Pstrągowo for over 25 years. Let us invite you to our fish country where you can rest surrounded by ponds and meadows. Our property is superbly located just 4km from the center of Chełm. There is a bathing area by the Žółtańce lagoon and a local brewery. For children, we have a large playground with a trolley and mini golf. We encourage anglers to our carp fishery. See you there :)
