Our property is superbly located just 4km from the center of Chełm. There is a bathing area by the Žółtańce lagoon and a local brewery. For children, we have a large playground with a trolley and mini golf. We encourage anglers to our carp fishery. See you there :)

Located off the beaten path in a picturesque location by meadows and forest. A perfect place for people who appreciate the opportunity to interact with nature, peace and quiet. Clean air contains a large amount of iodine, confirmed by research by Agh scientists.

There are 3 bedrooms for 8-10 people, a common area, and an Orangery. Stara Chałupa has a business facility. There is also a hot tub, a playground, and a grocery store. The farm also has a seasonal wooden cottage with sleeping accommodations for 5 people and a barn and stables. Sometimes we have horses. :)

We invite you to a traditional Podlasie 10-horse habitat that has changed its function to an agritourism farm. We have a cottage where we can occasionally in the summer, a wooden barn, and two holiday cottages typically created from the old farm buildings - Stary Spichrz and Domek Pod Czereśniami, which we rent from May to September. All located at the end of a charming village, under the forest, just 1-2 kilometers from the river.
